Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies within supported delivery regions.

• Canada: 7–14 business days

Please note:

• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
• Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

5. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.

Lost Packages

If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification.
